Buxar Administration to Host Special Voter Registration Camps

The Buxar district administration is organizing special voter registration camps at all polling stations. This initiative aims to enroll eligible citizens, particularly young and first-time voters, whose names are missing from the electoral rolls. The decision follows a directive from the Election Commission of India to conduct a special drive for left-out citizens. Booth-level officers will conduct household verification, and efforts will be made to collect more applications for new voters, especially at stations with low Form 8 submissions.

बक्सर जिला प्रशासन सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर विशेष मतदाता पंजीकरण शिविर का आयोजन कर रहा है। इस पहल का मकसद योग्य नागरिकों, खासकर युवा और पहली बार वोट देने वाले मतदाताओं, जिनके नाम मतदाता सूची से गायब हैं, उनका नाम दर्ज कराना है। यह फैसला भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देश के बाद आया है, जिसमें छूटे हुए नागरिकों के लिए एक विशेष अभियान चलाने को कहा गया है। बूथ स्तर के अधिकारी घर-घर जाकर सत्यापन करेंगे और नए मतदाताओं के लिए अधिक आवेदन प्राप्त करने के प्रयास किए जाएंगे, खासकर उन केंद्रों पर जहां फॉर्म 8 जमा करने की संख्या कम है।
