PSEB Launches Online Certificate Correction Service, Reducing Processing Time Significantly

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has introduced a new online service for correcting details on certificates, allowing applicants to submit requests and documents from home. This digital facility covers corrections for names, parents' names, and dates of birth, aiming to eliminate the need for physical visits to board offices. Previously taking up to 45 days, the correction process is now targeted for completion within 21 days. This initiative enhances transparency and accountability, reducing reliance on middlemen and simplifying access to essential services for students and parents across Punjab.

पंजाब स्कूल एजुकेशन बोर्ड (PSEB) ने सर्टिफिकेट पर डिटेल्स ठीक करने के लिए एक नई ऑनलाइन सर्विस शुरू की है। अब लोग घर बैठे ही रिक्वेस्ट और डॉक्यूमेंट जमा कर सकते हैं। यह डिजिटल सुविधा नाम, माता-पिता के नाम और जन्मतिथि में सुधार के लिए है। इसका मकसद बोर्ड ऑफिस के चक्कर लगाने की ज़रूरत को खत्म करना है। पहले जहाँ सुधार में 45 दिन तक लग जाते थे, अब इसे 21 दिन में पूरा करने का लक्ष्य है। इस कदम से पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही बढ़ेगी, बिचौलियों पर निर्भरता कम होगी और पंजाब के स्टूडेंट्स और पेरेंट्स के लिए ज़रूरी सेवाओं तक पहुँच आसान हो जाएगी।
