A Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in Telangana has revealed significant disparities, with over 60% of anomaly notices issued in Hyderabad's periphery compared to below 35% within the Hyderabad district. Constituencies like Quthbullapur saw rates as high as 66.6%. The analysis of over 92 lakh notices indicated that one in three electors received one. Notably, Muslim names constituted 50.5% of notices citing six or more children, a rate disproportionately higher than their population share.
