The Forest department has ordered the capture of the Aralam Farm tusker, identified as KM1. This elephant has been regularly breaching protective barriers along the forest boundary to enter human habitat areas. Following its capture, KM1 will be fitted with a radio collar. This measure is intended to track its movements and facilitate its subsequent release back into the forest, aiming to mitigate human-animal conflict.

वन विभाग ने अरलम फार्म के हाथी KM1 को पकड़ने का आदेश दिया है। यह हाथी लगातार जंगल की सीमा पर लगे सुरक्षा घेरों को तोड़कर इंसानी बस्तियों में घुस रहा था। पकड़े जाने के बाद KM1 के गले में रेडियो कॉलर लगाया जाएगा। इससे उसकी हरकतों पर नज़र रखी जाएगी और बाद में उसे जंगल में वापस छोड़ा जाएगा, ताकि इंसानों और जानवरों के बीच टकराव कम हो सके।
