Case Against Reporter TV MD Over CM Marriage

Kerala Police have registered a case against Anto Augustine, MD of Reporter TV, based on allegations concerning Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan's purported second marriage. The FIR, filed by a Congress spokesperson, invokes sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita related to forgery and defamation. It alleges Augustine conspired to defame the CM by circulating fabricated documents about a marriage registration in Karnataka. The case was registered following a directive from the State Police Chief.
