India is likely to experience warmer temperatures and below-average rainfall in November due to intense El Niño conditions in the Pacific Ocean. IMD predicts maximum temperatures to remain above normal across most parts of the country, with night temperatures also expected to be higher. Rainfall is projected to be around 77% of the long-term average nationally. South India is also expected to see significantly less rainfall than usual. These conditions are expected to persist through December.
