Real estate developer Pioneer Urban has launched Alura, an ultra-luxury serviced residences project in Gurugram, marking its entry into the high-end market. The project involves an investment exceeding ₹3,500 crore and is expected to generate over ₹9,000 crore in sales. Spanning 6.99 acres in Sector 62, it will feature approximately 250 residences ranging from 7,000 to 15,000 sq ft. Designed by SOM, the development aims for completion by Q2 2031 and includes extensive club facilities and premium services.

रियल एस्टेट डेवलपर पायोनियर अर्बन ने गुरुग्राम में अलुरा, एक अल्ट्रा-लक्जरी सर्विस्ड रेजिडेंस प्रोजेक्ट लॉन्च किया है, जो हाई-एंड बाजार में अपनी एंट्री का संकेत देता है। इस प्रोजेक्ट में ₹3,500 करोड़ से अधिक का निवेश शामिल है और इससे ₹9,000 करोड़ से अधिक की बिक्री होने की उम्मीद है। सेक्टर 62 में 6.99 एकड़ में फैले इस प्रोजेक्ट में 7,000 से 15,000 वर्ग फुट तक के लगभग 250 रेजिडेंस होंगे। SOM द्वारा डिजाइन किए गए इस डेवलपमेंट को Q2 2031 तक पूरा करने का लक्ष्य है और इसमें विस्तृत क्लब सुविधाएं और प्रीमियम सेवाएं शामिल हैं।
