Senior physician and Padma Shri awardee Kutikuppala Surya Rao has called on young doctors to prioritize research and continuing medical education (CME). He emphasized that this focus is crucial for career advancement and better societal service. Dr. Rao, a fellow of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, will serve as a judge for the NAMS annual convocation in Tamil Nadu. He encouraged doctors, particularly from Andhra Pradesh, to develop affordable treatment methods and update their knowledge, benefiting future doctors and patients nationwide.
