Lindsay Clancy's attorney, Kevin Reddington, has refuted claims made by her former husband Patrick Clancy's lawyer. The opposing counsel suggested Lindsay would testify to having communicated homicidal ideation to her healthcare providers. Reddington stated his client never informed any healthcare providers of such intentions or thoughts regarding her children. This dispute arose during civil proceedings related to the deaths of their three children, Cora, Dawson, and Callan. Both parents had previously sued Lindsay's mental health providers, alleging mismanagement and failure to heed her pleas for help.
