10 Arrested for Transporting Delhi Garbage to Gurgaon for Segregation

Gurgaon police have arrested ten individuals for illegally transporting garbage and plastic waste from Delhi to the city for dumping and segregation. Seven vehicles, including canters and tractor-trolleys, were seized during the operation. Four cases have been registered across three police stations as part of a special campaign against illegal waste dumping. The accused revealed a network involved in bringing waste from Delhi, separating plastic, and then sending it elsewhere. Police are now investigating the wider network, including vehicle owners and other individuals involved in the waste chain.

गुरुग्राम पुलिस ने दिल्ली से शहर में कचरा और प्लास्टिक का कचरा अवैध रूप से लाने और फेंकने के आरोप में दस लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। इस कार्रवाई में सात वाहन, जिनमें कैंटर और ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली शामिल हैं, जब्त किए गए हैं। अवैध कचरा फेंकने के खिलाफ एक विशेष अभियान के तहत तीन पुलिस स्टेशनों में चार मामले दर्ज किए गए हैं। पकड़े गए लोगों ने बताया कि दिल्ली से कचरा लाया जाता था, प्लास्टिक अलग किया जाता था और फिर कहीं और भेजा जाता था। पुलिस अब वाहन मालिकों और कचरा श्रृंखला में शामिल अन्य लोगों सहित बड़े नेटवर्क की जांच कर रही है।
