Lucknow Traffic Police Bars Autos, Private Vehicles From Four Key Markets

Lucknow Traffic Police has prohibited the entry of autos, tempos, and private vehicles into four major markets, Aminabad, Bhootnath, Hazratganj, and Patrakar Puram, from November 6 to 9. This measure aims to reduce congestion during the peak Diwali shopping period and keep market areas clear of traffic. Diversion plans are in place, and residents are advised to use designated parking facilities and follow signage. Emergency services, including ambulances and fire tenders, are exempt from these restrictions.
