Easing US Treasury yields and a significant short squeeze boosted investor sentiment, driving major cryptocurrencies higher. Over $200 million in short positions were liquidated in the past 24 hours. Despite Bitcoin ETF outflows, the surge was attributed to technical momentum and market positioning rather than renewed institutional investment. Ethereum also saw gains, trading above $2,700.
