केंद्र सरकार ने दिवाली से पहले डीए-डीआर में 3% की बढ़ोतरी की

केंद्रीय कैबिनेट ने सरकारी कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों के लिए डीए और डीआर में 3% की वृद्धि को मंजूरी दे दी है। इस बढ़ोतरी से डीए और डीआर की दर 60% से बढ़कर 63% हो गई है, जो प्रभावी है। इस फैसले से लगभग 48 लाख कर्मचारियों और 68 लाख पेंशनभोगियों को लाभ होगा, जो कुल मिलाकर 1.16 करोड़ से अधिक लोग हैं। सरकार को इस वृद्धि के कारण लगभग ₹10,016 करोड़ का अतिरिक्त वार्षिक वित्तीय बोझ पड़ने की उम्मीद है। यह संशोधित दर सातवें वेतन आयोग के तहत कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों पर लागू होती है।
