Annapurna Temple Opens Doors on Dhanteras, Thousands Flock for Blessings

The doors of the Annapurna Devi Temple in Varanasi, also known as the city of Kashi, have opened for devotees on the occasion of Dhanteras. This special darshan, eagerly awaited by millions of pilgrims, occurs only five days a year, beginning with Dhanteras. Devotees began lining up late night, with darshan commencing at 5 AM. Despite queues stretching for nearly a kilometer, pilgrims expressed enthusiasm, anticipating receiving coins and prasad from the goddess's treasury. Strict security arrangements are in place to manage the large crowds peacefully.

वाराणसी, जिसे काशी शहर भी कहते हैं, के अन्नपूर्णा देवी मंदिर के कपाट धनतेरस के मौके पर भक्तों के लिए खोल दिए गए हैं। लाखों श्रद्धालुओं को इस विशेष दर्शन का बेसब्री से इंतज़ार था, जो धनतेरस से शुरू होकर साल में केवल पांच दिन ही होता है। भक्त देर रात से ही कतारों में लगने लगे थे, और सुबह 5 बजे से दर्शन शुरू हुए। करीब एक किलोमीटर तक लंबी कतारों के बावजूद, श्रद्धालुओं में उत्साह था और वे देवी के खजाने से सिक्के और प्रसाद मिलने की उम्मीद कर रहे थे। भारी भीड़ को शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से संभालने के लिए कड़े सुरक्षा इंतजाम किए गए हैं।
