Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej stated that consumer demand remains strong across new and ongoing projects, unaffected by global economic uncertainties. The company is on track to exceed its annual guidance across key metrics, including sales, launches, and collections. In the last fiscal year, Godrej Properties recorded sales worth ₹34,171 crore, with a pre-sales guidance of ₹39,000 crore for the current fiscal.
