Builders Urge PMC To Set Up Sub-Registrar Office

The Marathi Bandhkam Vyavsayik Association has requested the PMC to establish a dedicated sub-registrar office at its headquarters. This facility would streamline property registrations, including those involving reservations, transferable development rights, and in-situ floor space index. The association believes this move will benefit developers, citizens, and the civic administration by speeding up processes. A PMC official confirmed the demand is being considered and will be examined for feasibility and utility.

महाराष्ट्र बांधकाम व्यावसायिक एसोसिएशन ने पी एम सी से मुख्यालय में एक सब-रजिस्ट्रार ऑफिस खोलने का अनुरोध किया है। इससे प्रॉपर्टी रजिस्ट्रेशन, जिसमें रिजर्वेशन, ट्रांसफरेबल डेवलपमेंट राइट्स और इन-सीटू फ्लोर स्पेस इंडेक्स शामिल हैं, आसान हो जाएगा। एसोसिएशन का मानना है कि इससे डेवलपर्स, नागरिकों और नगर निगम प्रशासन को फायदा होगा और काम तेजी से होगा। पी एम सी के एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि इस मांग पर विचार किया जा रहा है और इसकी व्यवहार्यता और उपयोगिता की जांच की जाएगी।
