BLDE PGHCET Receives Research Grants For Projects

VGST in Karnataka has awarded research grants of approximately ₹30 lakh to BLDE Association's Dr. P.G. Halakatti College of Engineering and Technology. These grants are part of the K-FIST-L1 initiative. One project focuses on 'Low-cost Smart Pavement Condition Assessment using Vision Sensors and Fuzzy Logic-based Decision Support System'. Another project, receiving an 'Early Career Research Award', aims at 'Indian Sign Language Recognition with Multi-modal Video-based NLP-driven Kannada Translation'. The college faculty and administration have congratulated the involved professors.

कर्नाटक में VGST ने BLDE एसोसिएशन के डॉ. पी.जी. हलकट्टी कॉलेज ऑफ इंजीनियरिंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी को लगभग ₹30 लाख की रिसर्च ग्रांट दी है। ये ग्रांट K-FIST-L1 पहल का हिस्सा हैं। एक प्रोजेक्ट 'लो-कॉस्ट स्मार्ट पेमेंट कंडीशन असेसमेंट यूजिंग विजन सेंसर्स एंड फजी लॉजिक-बेस्ड डिसीजन सपोर्ट सिस्टम' पर केंद्रित है। एक और प्रोजेक्ट, जिसे 'अर्ली करियर रिसर्च अवार्ड' मिला है, का लक्ष्य 'इंडियन साइन लैंग्वेज रिकग्निशन विद मल्टी-मोडल वीडियो-बेस्ड NLP-ड्रिवन कन्नड़ ट्रांसलेशन' है। कॉलेज के फैकल्टी और एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन ने शामिल प्रोफेसरों को बधाई दी है।
