UP Govt Approves 30-Day Bonus For Employees Before Diwali

The Uttar Pradesh government has announced a significant Diwali bonus for its employees. Eligible non-gazetted state employees, as well as staff in educational institutions, local bodies, and district panchayats, will receive a 30-day ad-hoc bonus for the financial year 2025-26. A government order has been issued, bringing financial relief to millions of employees before the festive season. The bonus payment will be split, with 25% in cash and 75% deposited into provident fund accounts. Retired employees will receive their full bonus amount in cash.

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने अपने कर्मचारियों के लिए एक बड़ा दिवाली बोनस घोषित किया है। वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए पात्र राजपत्रित राज्य कर्मचारियों, साथ ही शैक्षणिक संस्थानों, स्थानीय निकायों और जिला पंचायतों के कर्मचारियों को 30 दिन का तदर्थ बोनस मिलेगा। एक सरकारी आदेश जारी किया गया है, जिससे त्योहारी सीजन से पहले लाखों कर्मचारियों को वित्तीय राहत मिली है। बोनस का भुगतान दो हिस्सों में होगा, जिसमें 25% नकद और 75% भविष्य निधि खातों में जमा किया जाएगा। सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों को उनका पूरा बोनस नकद मिलेगा।
