Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala stated that the Home Department is examining the Advocate General's legal opinion regarding the Enforcement Directorate's request to register a corruption case. The ED seeks to file an FIR against former Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, his daughter T. Veena, and son-in-law P.A. Mohamed Riyas. This follows allegations of fraudulent payments totaling Rs 2.78 crore to Ms. Veena's company. Further decisions will be made after consulting the Chief Minister.

केरल के गृह मंत्री रमेश चेन्निथला ने कहा है कि गृह विभाग एडवोकेट जनरल की कानूनी राय की जांच कर रहा है। यह राय Enforcement Directorate (ED) द्वारा भ्रष्टाचार का मामला दर्ज करने के अनुरोध पर है। ED पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री Pinarayi Vijayan, उनकी बेटी T.
