Kerala CM Defends Ministers' Foreign Trips, Private Flights

Kerala Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan has defended his use of a privately sponsored flight to Malappuram, stating no public funds were used. He also defended Minister K.M. Shaji's use of a friend's car and justified foreign trips by ministers, asserting they were not funded by the state exchequer. Satheesan stated that such travel is permissible if it does not burden public finances and allows ministers to gain knowledge from global experiences.
