Five Booked For Flying Drone Without Permission At MPSC Protest Site In Pune

Pune police have registered a case against five individuals, including Maharashtra Pradesh Youth Congress president Shivraj More, for allegedly operating a drone without necessary permissions. The drone was reportedly used to film an ongoing protest by MPSC aspirants near SM Joshi Bridge on October 5. A complaint was filed by a police head constable, leading to the case under Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for disobeying a public servant's order.

पुणे पुलिस ने महाराष्ट्र प्रदेश यूथ कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष शिवराज मोरे सहित पाँच लोगों के खिलाफ़ ज़रूरी इजाज़त के बिना ड्रोन चलाने के आरोप में मामला दर्ज किया है। यह ड्रोन कथित तौर पर 5 अक्टूबर को एसएम जोशी ब्रिज के पास MPSC उम्मीदवारों के चल रहे विरोध प्रदर्शन को फिल्माने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया गया था। एक पुलिस हेड कांस्टेबल ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई, जिसके बाद लोक सेवक के आदेश की अवहेलना करने के लिए भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धारा 223 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया।
