Pocso Accused Jumps From Court Building After Attempted Murder Charge

A 22-year-old man accused in a Pocso case allegedly attempted to kill the survivor while out on bail. He trespassed into her home, assaulted her, and stabbed her, also injuring a neighbour who intervened. The accused was arrested after he escaped and hid, resisting capture. He reportedly attacked the survivor for filing a complaint. While being processed at the court, he jumped from the first floor, sustaining minor injuries before being remanded in judicial custody.

पोक्सो मामले में 22 वर्षीय आरोपी ने जमानत पर बाहर रहते हुए कथित तौर पर पीड़िता की हत्या करने की कोशिश की। वह उसके घर में घुस गया, उस पर हमला किया और चाकू मार दिया, साथ ही बीच-बचाव करने वाले एक पड़ोसी को भी घायल कर दिया। भागने और छिपने के बाद आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया, जिसने गिरफ्तारी का विरोध किया। उसने कथित तौर पर शिकायत दर्ज कराने के लिए पीड़िता पर हमला किया था। कोर्ट में प्रक्रिया के दौरान, उसने पहली मंजिल से छलांग लगा दी, जिसमें उसे मामूली चोटें आईं, इससे पहले कि उसे न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया।
