Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) representatives Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das, and Ashutosh Ranka were detained by Delhi Police shortly after their Air India flight AI 2428 landed at Delhi Airport. The pilots were instructed by air traffic control to divert the aircraft to a remote bay instead of a parking stand. Security personnel boarded the plane and asked the three CJP leaders to accompany them, stating it was not an arrest but a request for cooperation. Air India has not commented on the incident, which is unusual for political activists.
