Father Sentenced To Life Imprisonment For Sexually Assaulting His 6-Year-Old Daughter

A 30-year-old man in Keonjhar has been sentenced to life imprisonment by a special POCSO court for the sexual assault of his six-year-old daughter. The court also mandated that the District Legal Services Authority provide the victim with ₹10 lakh in compensation. The incident occurred, when the girl was alone at home and was abused by her father. Her mother discovered the assault upon returning and subsequently filed a complaint, leading to the father's arrest and conviction based on witness testimonies and police investigation.

Keonjhar में 30 साल के एक आदमी को विशेष POCSO कोर्ट ने अपनी 6 साल की बेटी से रेप के आरोप में उम्रकैद की सज़ा सुनाई है। कोर्ट ने यह भी आदेश दिया कि डिस्ट्रिक्ट लीगल सर्विसेज अथॉरिटी पीड़ित को ₹10 लाख का मुआवज़ा दे। यह घटना तब हुई जब लड़की घर पर अकेली थी और उसके पिता ने उसके साथ गलत काम किया। जब उसकी माँ घर लौटी तो उसे इस घटना का पता चला और उसने शिकायत दर्ज कराई, जिसके बाद गवाहों के बयानों और पुलिस जांच के आधार पर पिता को गिरफ्तार कर दोषी ठहराया गया।
