Thousands of devotees performed pind daan and shraddh rituals at Brahma Sarovar, Kakbali, and Aamra Sinchan Vedi in Gaya on Wednesday, the fifth day of the Pitripaksh Mela. Pilgrims from across the country gathered at these sacred sites to seek salvation for their ancestors. These three vedis are considered highly significant locations within the annual fortnight-long observance. Magadh division commissioner Safina AN inspected the arrangements, ensuring smooth management of the event. Devotees believe performing rituals at these sites aids ancestors in attaining Vaikuntha.

पितृपक्ष मेले के पांचवें दिन बुधवार को हजारों श्रद्धालुओं ने गया में ब्रह्म सरोवर, काकबली और आम्र सिंचन वेदी पर पिंडदान और श्राद्ध कर्म किया। देश भर से आए तीर्थयात्री अपने पूर्वजों की मोक्ष प्राप्ति के लिए इन पवित्र स्थलों पर एकत्रित हुए। ये तीनों वेदी वार्षिक पखवाड़े के दौरान अत्यधिक महत्वपूर्ण स्थान माने जाते हैं। मगध प्रमंडल की आयुक्त सफीना एएन ने व्यवस्थाओं का निरीक्षण किया, जिससे कार्यक्रम का सुचारू प्रबंधन सुनिश्चित हुआ। श्रद्धालुओं का मानना है कि इन स्थलों पर अनुष्ठान करने से पूर्वजों को वैकुंठ की प्राप्ति में सहायता मिलती है।
