Jayanagar Parking Fees Only On Major Commercial Roads: South Corporation

Bengaluru South Corporation Commissioner K.N. Ramesh clarified that Jayanagar residents will not have to pay parking fees in front of their homes. The new smart parking system, set to be implemented soon, will only apply to select major commercial roads within Jayanagar. Fees will be levied between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. to ease traffic congestion and improve parking management. The corporation will consider requests from the Jayanagar Traders’ Association for reduced charges and free initial parking.

बेंगलुरु दक्षिण निगम आयुक्त के.एन. रमेश ने साफ किया है कि जयनगर के निवासियों को अपने घरों के सामने पार्किंग शुल्क नहीं देना होगा। जल्द लागू होने वाली नई स्मार्ट पार्किंग व्यवस्था केवल जयनगर के भीतर चुनिंदा मुख्य व्यावसायिक सड़कों पर लागू होगी। ट्रैफिक जाम को कम करने और पार्किंग प्रबंधन को बेहतर बनाने के लिए सुबह 9 बजे से रात 10 बजे के बीच शुल्क लिया जाएगा। निगम जयनगर ट्रेडर्स एसोसिएशन के कम शुल्क और शुरुआती मुफ्त पार्किंग के अनुरोधों पर विचार करेगा।
