Former India all-rounder Irfan Pathan has questioned the selectors' decision to include veteran pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the T20 squad for the New Zealand tour. After returning to the national team following strong IPL performances, Bhuvneshwar managed only one wicket in four T20 matches. Pathan argued that bringing him back for T20s, with the World Cup far away, was a mistake. He suggested that this decision denied valuable experience to young fast bowlers like Mayank Yadav on challenging pitches, which could have benefited the team in the future.
