IIFL Home Finance Secures $150 Million JICA Loan

IIFL Home Finance Limited has secured a $150 million loan from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). This financing aims to enhance access to affordable housing for low-income women across India. The funds will support IIFL Home Finance in expanding homeownership opportunities for women from Economically Weaker Sections and Low-Income Groups. This initiative seeks to improve living standards, promote women's economic empowerment, and advance financial inclusion. The project will be implemented in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank and other financial institutions.

आईआईएफएल होम फाइनेंस लिमिटेड को जापान इंटरनेशनल कोऑपरेशन एजेंसी (JICA) से 150 मिलियन डॉलर का लोन मिला है। इससे पूरे भारत में कम आय वाली महिलाओं के लिए सस्ते घर उपलब्ध कराने में मदद मिलेगी। यह पैसा आईआईएफएल को आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों और निम्न-आय समूहों की महिलाओं के लिए घर खरीदने के मौके बढ़ाने में मदद करेगा। इस पहल से जीवन स्तर सुधरेगा और महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाया जाएगा।
