Citizens reporting issues can receive a reward of ₹5,000 if discrepancies are found after rectification.

हरियाणा सरकार ने गुरुग्राम में 100 सड़कों की मरम्मत के लिए 30 दिन की चुनौती शुरू की है। इस पहल में 500 मीटर से लंबी सड़कों की सतह, फुटपाथ, स्ट्रीटलाइट और लेन मार्किंग को बेहतर बनाने पर ध्यान दिया जाएगा। GMDA और नगर निगम जैसे अधिकारी इस परियोजना पर सहयोग कर रहे हैं। गड्ढों, सफाई और सीवरों से संबंधित शिकायतों के समय पर समाधान के लिए भी एक प्रणाली स्थापित की गई है। समस्याओं की रिपोर्ट करने वाले नागरिकों को सुधार के बाद विसंगतियां पाए जाने पर ₹5,000 का इनाम मिल सकता है।
