Father Son Arrested For Rs 1.5 Crore Cannabis

Telangana Police have arrested a father and son for allegedly cultivating cannabis on a 10-acre cotton farm in Nagolkonda village. Authorities seized 1,245 cannabis plants, valued at approximately Rs 1.50 crore, along with 11 grams of dried cannabis. The operation, which took over 10 hours due to difficult terrain, also involved recovering the plants with their roots. Police are now investigating the masterminds behind the cultivation, including seed sources and marketing channels.

तेलंगाना पुलिस ने नागोंकोंडा गांव में एक पिता-पुत्र को 10 एकड़ कपास के खेत में गांजा उगाने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस ने करीब 1.50 करोड़ रुपये के 1,245 गांजा के पौधे और 11 ग्राम सूखा गांजा जब्त किया है। दुर्गम इलाके के कारण 10 घंटे से अधिक चले इस ऑपरेशन में पौधों को जड़ों सहित उखाड़ा गया। पुलिस अब इस खेती के पीछे के मास्टरमाइंड, बीज के स्रोत और बिक्री के तरीकों की जांच कर रही है।
