UP Police to Create Courses on iGOT Platform

The Uttar Pradesh Police will now become content creators on the Centre's iGOT Karmayogi platform, expanding their role beyond learning. Director General of Police Rajeev Krishna has directed all units to convert their operational expertise into digital training modules, primarily in Hindi. These modules, ranging from 20 to 60 minutes, will be based on the practical experience of police personnel. The initiative aims to build a repository of job-specific training material for government employees nationwide.

उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस अब केंद्र के iGOT कर्मयोगी प्लेटफॉर्म पर कंटेंट क्रिएटर बनेगी, जो सीखने से आगे बढ़कर उनकी भूमिका का विस्तार करेगा। पुलिस महानिदेशक राजीव कृष्ण ने सभी यूनिटों को अपनी ऑपरेशनल विशेषज्ञता को डिजिटल ट्रेनिंग मॉड्यूल में बदलने का निर्देश दिया है, जो मुख्य रूप से हिंदी में होंगे। ये मॉड्यूल, 20 से 60 मिनट तक के होंगे, पुलिस कर्मियों के व्यावहारिक अनुभव पर आधारित होंगे। इस पहल का उद्देश्य पूरे देश में सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए नौकरी-विशिष्ट प्रशिक्षण सामग्री का एक भंडार बनाना है।
