A Judicial Magistrate has warned a railways official of contempt proceedings for ignoring directions to address bedbugs in a VIP room at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Railway Station. Despite a May letter complaining about bedbugs on sofas, the official allegedly failed to replace them or conduct pest control by September 19. The notice highlights the "disgusting position" for High Court judges, who have reportedly avoided the room. The official must explain why contempt action shouldn't be taken.

छत्रपति संभाजीनगर रेलवे स्टेशन पर वीआईपी कमरे में खटमल की समस्या को नजरअंदाज करने पर एक रेलवे अधिकारी को अवमानना की कार्यवाही की चेतावनी दी गई है। मई में शिकायत के बावजूद, अधिकारी ने 19 सितंबर तक सोफे नहीं बदले या कीटनाशक छिड़काव नहीं कराया। कोर्ट ने इसे "घिनौनी स्थिति" बताया है, जिससे हाई कोर्ट के जज भी कमरे से बच रहे हैं। अधिकारी को बताना होगा कि उन पर अवमानना की कार्यवाही क्यों न हो।
