Jubilant Pharmova, the pharmaceutical arm of the Jubilant Bhartia Group, is set to raise ₹800 crore through its first local bond issue. The fundraising includes a base issue of ₹400 crore with an equal greenshoe option. These funds are intended for the company's capital expenditure and future expansion plans. The three-year bonds will carry an indicative pricing of around 8.50%. This move marks the company's initial foray into the domestic bond market, with subscriptions expected from mutual funds and asset managers.

ज्युबिलेंट भारतीय समूह की दवा कंपनी ज्युबिलेंट फार्मओवा, अपने पहले स्थानीय बॉन्ड जारी करके ₹800 करोड़ जुटाने के लिए तैयार है। इस फंड जुटाने में ₹400 करोड़ का आधार अंक और समान ग्रीन शू विकल्प शामिल है। इन फंडों का उद्देश्य कंपनी के पूंजीगत व्यय और भविष्य की विस्तार योजनाओं के लिए है। तीन साल के बॉन्ड पर लगभग 8.50% की अनुमानित कीमत होगी। यह कदम कंपनी का घरेलू बॉन्ड बाजार में पहला कदम है, जिसमें म्यूचुअल फंड और एसेट मैनेजरों से सब्सक्रिप्शन की उम्मीद है।
