Alex Rodriguez believes the New York Yankees' roster, not manager Aaron Boone or GM Brian Cashman, is the primary reason for their playoff struggles. He emphasized the need for elite defenders and high baseball IQ players over big names. Rodriguez also noted the Yankees have lost their intimidating 'fear factor' at Yankee Stadium.
