CPI(M) Condemns ED Action Against Leaders

The CPI(M) State committee meeting has condemned the Enforcement Directorate's actions against Pinarayi Vijayan, his daughter T. Veena, and son-in-law P.A. Mohamed Riyas in the CMRL-Exalogic pay-off case. The party termed the ED's actions a "political witch-hunt" and vowed to resist it legally and politically. They stated that Exalogic Solutions and CMRL had a valid business transaction with taxes paid.

सीपीएम की राज्य समिति की बैठक में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) की कार्रवाई की कड़ी निंदा की गई। यह कार्रवाई CMRL-Exalogic पे-ऑफ मामले में मुख्यमंत्री पिनराई विजयन, उनकी बेटी टी. वीणा और दामाद पी.ए. मोहम्मद रियास के खिलाफ हुई है। पार्टी ने ED की कार्रवाई को "राजनीतिक प्रतिशोध" बताया और कानूनी व राजनीतिक रूप से इसका विरोध करने का संकल्प लिया। उन्होंने कहा कि Exalogic Solutions और CMRL के बीच एक वैध व्यावसायिक सौदा हुआ था, जिसका पूरा टैक्स चुकाया गया था।
