Ladakh's First Medical College To Open In 2027-28 With Eased Hiring

Ladakh is set to get its first medical college, with operations expected to begin between 2027 and 2028. The Union Health Ministry has granted the Ladakh administration permission to recruit for 103 sanctioned regular posts. This recruitment can now proceed in phases, even before the college's infrastructure is nearly 80 percent complete. This move aims to expedite the establishment of the medical facility, ensuring timely access to medical education and services in the region.

लद्दाख को अपना पहला मेडिकल कॉलेज मिलने वाला है, जिसके 2027 और 2028 के बीच चालू होने की उम्मीद है। केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने लद्दाख प्रशासन को 103 स्वीकृत नियमित पदों के लिए भर्ती की अनुमति दे दी है। यह भर्ती अब कॉलेज के 80 प्रतिशत बुनियादी ढांचे के लगभग पूरा होने से पहले भी चरणों में आगे बढ़ सकती है। इस कदम का उद्देश्य मेडिकल सुविधा की स्थापना में तेजी लाना है, जिससे क्षेत्र में मेडिकल शिक्षा और सेवाओं तक समय पर पहुंच सुनिश्चित हो सके।
