Eurozone benchmark bond yields are poised for their first weekly drop since early August. This decline follows a reduction in investor expectations for further European Central Bank interest rate hikes. Money markets now anticipate the ECB's deposit rate to reach approximately 2.86% by December, down from previous forecasts.
