Times of India · entertainment

Actor Vishal Jethwa has responded to Rupali Ganguly's remarks about television actors facing disdain. Jethwa echoed the sentiment, stating that people often categorize actors based on their medium, whether it's TV, theatre, or ads. He feels this labeling is bothersome and advocates for viewing all performers simply as actors. Jethwa believes every actor deserves equal opportunities regardless of their platform or position in the industry. He emphasized the need for a shift towards recognizing talent universally, not by specific industry segments. His upcoming film is 'Shakti Shalini'.
