A British man has dedicated 11 years to constructing an elaborate World War II-inspired bunker complex beneath his garden in Derbyshire. Dave Billings, 43, has built two underground rooms, connected by a 35-foot tunnel, and even added a hidden beer lift disguised as a keg.
