Secret US Court Used For First Deportation

The US has used the secretive Alien Terrorist Removal Court (ATRC) for the first time in its 30-year history to deport Nazira Haji Zada, 47, from Afghanistan. Zada, a legal permanent resident living in Texas, conceded she was an alien terrorist and waived her appeal. The Department of Homeland Security stated her removal is a win for national security. The ATRC was established after the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing to handle terrorism-related.

अमेरिका ने 30 साल में पहली बार एलियन टेररिस्ट रिमूवल कोर्ट (ATRC) का इस्तेमाल किया है। इसके ज़रिए अफगानिस्तान की नाज़िरा हाजी ज़ादा को देश निकाला दिया गया। टेक्सास में रहने वाली ज़ादा ने खुद को एलियन टेररिस्ट माना और अपील करने से मना कर दिया। डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ होमलैंड सिक्योरिटी का कहना है कि यह राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा के लिए बड़ी जीत है। ATRC की स्थापना 1995 के ओक्लाहोमा सिटी बम धमाके के बाद हुई थी।
