A shocking case from Surat, Gujarat, has emerged where a father, Ghanshyam Borse, who approached the Gujarat High Court alleging police inaction in finding his missing 14-year-old son, has confessed to his murder. Borse had filed a missing person report in August 2025 and later a habeas corpus petition in March, suspecting his ex-wife. However, police revealed Borse confessed to Maharashtra Police. The court ordered him to withdraw his petition. The child's body remains undiscovered.
