Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed EU leaders at a summit in Brussels, seeking continued support amid a difficult winter ahead. Relations with the US have soured, with former President Donald Trump publicly criticizing Zelenskyy's leadership and decisions. Trump's recent deal to purchase Russian diesel and his condemnation of Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries have raised concerns in Ukraine and the EU. Zelenskyy noted that US-supplied missiles are being sent elsewhere, suggesting Ukraine is not a priority, and is now asking Europe for military aid.
