Russian oil giant Lukoil has reported a significant increase in its net profit for the first half of the year. The company's net profit, according to IFRS, saw a 1.5-fold rise. This growth was accompanied by a healthy increase in revenue from sales, which climbed by 8% to reach $24 billion.
