केरल हाई कोर्ट ने कोच्चि में तीन लोगों की जान लेने वाले मिनी कूपर हादसे के चार आरोपियों में से तीन को जमानत दे दी है। मुख्य आरोपी सुहेल साजीव को अदालत ने उसकी रिहाई पर रोक लगाते हुए 10 दिन और हिरासत में रखने का आदेश दिया है। अदालत ने जोर देकर कहा कि जमानत पर न्यायिक फैसले जनता की भावनाओं या गुस्से पर आधारित नहीं हो सकते, बल्कि कानून और स्थापित प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करना चाहिए। यह हादसा तब हुआ जब कथित तौर पर साजीव तेज गति से कार चला रहा था।
