The INDIA bloc announced a nationwide campaign starting October 2, featuring protest marches, public meetings, and a march to the Election Commission. Leaders also plan a joint appeal to the Chief Justice for expedited hearings on cases related to the SIR and alleged electoral malpractices. The campaign aims to challenge the Chief Election Commissioner and other Election Commissioners (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Term of Office) Act, 2023, which provides blanket immunity. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge alleged the Election Commission is functioning as a puppet, enabling vote theft.

गठबंधन ने 2 अक्टूबर से राष्ट्रव्यापी अभियान की घोषणा की है, जिसमें विरोध मार्च, जनसभाएं और चुनाव आयोग तक मार्च शामिल होगा। नेताओं ने SIR और चुनावी कदाचार से संबंधित मामलों पर त्वरित सुनवाई के लिए मुख्य न्यायाधीश से संयुक्त अपील करने की भी योजना बनाई है। इस अभियान का उद्देश्य मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त और अन्य चुनाव आयुक्त (नियुक्ति, सेवा की शर्तें और पदावधि) अधिनियम, 2023 को चुनौती देना है, जो पूर्ण छूट प्रदान करता है। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने आरोप लगाया कि चुनाव आयोग कठपुतली की तरह काम कर रहा है, जिससे वोट की चोरी संभव हो रही है।
