Indore-Raghogarh Four-Lane Corridor Likely To Be Completed By January

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is nearing completion of a 26.6-km greenfield four-lane corridor on NH-47, connecting Indore's MR-10 junction to Raghogarh. Built at a cost of Rs 1,011 crore, the project is expected to be finished by early January. This new corridor aims to enhance road infrastructure in the Indore region, facilitating smoother movement towards Nagpur via the Indore-Harda-Betul route. It will offer an alternative route, easing both local and long-distance travel, and is designed with features like underpasses and improved junctions to ensure continuous traffic flow.

भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (NHAI) इंदौर के MR-10 जंक्शन से रघोगढ़ तक NH-47 पर 26.6 किमी के ग्रीनफील्ड फोर-लेन कॉरिडोर का काम लगभग पूरा कर चुका है। 1,011 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बने इस प्रोजेक्ट के जनवरी की शुरुआत तक पूरा होने की उम्मीद है। यह नया कॉरिडोर इंदौर क्षेत्र में सड़क के बुनियादी ढांचे को बेहतर बनाने का लक्ष्य रखता है, जिससे इंदौर-हरदा-बैतूल मार्ग से नागपुर की ओर आवाजाही आसान हो जाएगी। यह एक वैकल्पिक मार्ग प्रदान करेगा, जिससे स्थानीय और लंबी दूरी की यात्रा दोनों सुगम होंगी, और इसे लगातार यातायात प्रवाह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अंडरपास और बेहतर जंक्शन जैसी सुविधाओं के साथ डिजाइन किया गया है।
