Bangkok Flooding Triggers Disaster Declaration Across City

Thailand's capital, Bangkok, has declared a state of disaster across all 50 districts due to severe flooding caused by heavy rainfall over three days. Governor Chadchart Sittipunt stated that eastern areas were most affected, with nearly 300 millimeters of rain falling since Thursday afternoon. The situation poses a threat to life, prompting advisories for residents near canals to move possessions to higher ground. The governor also advised vulnerable patients to consider hospital stays as water levels rise.

बैंकॉक में बाढ़, पूरे शहर में आपदा घोषित

थाईलैंड की राजधानी बैंकॉक में तीन दिन की भारी बारिश के कारण आई भीषण बाढ़ के चलते सभी 50 जिलों में आपदा की घोषणा कर दी गई है। गवर्नर चाडचार्ट सिटिपंट ने बताया कि पूर्वी इलाके सबसे ज़्यादा प्रभावित हुए हैं, जहाँ गुरुवार दोपहर से अब तक करीब 300 मिलीमीटर बारिश हो चुकी है। लोगों की जान को खतरा देखते हुए नहरों के पास रहने वालों को सामान ऊँची जगह पर ले जाने की सलाह दी गई है।
