Allahabad HC Orders UP Govt Teachers to Submit Credentials for Verification

The Allahabad High Court has mandated that all government school teachers from Classes 1 to 8 in Uttar Pradesh submit their educational documents and appointment letters for verification by the UP Special Task Force. This directive aims to address fraudulent appointments and declining teaching standards, which have contributed to school closures. Teachers must also submit notarised affidavits detailing relatives in the education department.

इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने उत्तर प्रदेश में कक्षा 1 से 8 तक के सभी सरकारी स्कूल शिक्षकों को यूपी स्पेशल टास्क फोर्स द्वारा सत्यापन के लिए अपने शैक्षिक दस्तावेज और नियुक्ति पत्र जमा करने का आदेश दिया है। इस निर्देश का उद्देश्य फर्जी नियुक्तियों और गिरते शिक्षण मानकों को दूर करना है, जिनके कारण स्कूल बंद हो रहे हैं। शिक्षकों को शिक्षा विभाग में रिश्तेदारों का विवरण देने वाले नोटरीकृत हलफनामे भी जमा करने होंगे।
