The Bank of Russia has announced new official exchange rates for foreign currencies. The dollar exchange rate has been set at 85.95 rubles for August 28. Additionally, the euro exchange rate has been increased by 2 rubles and 1.01 kopecks, reaching 100.2998 rubles.
