He encouraged them to take the first step towards their goals, emphasizing that aiming for the top 5% in any field is crucial for success. Suhas also highlighted the importance of perseverance through life's ups and downs, comparing them to stock market fluctuations. He stressed that it is better to try and fail than to regret not trying at all, and warned against complacency after achieving success.
